Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
• Processing time does not include shipping time
• During launches, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer
Shipping Time & Rates
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
ZENITH Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZENITH Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Returned-to-Sender Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, ZENITH Apparel is not responsible for the loss of the package. No refund will be issued. If you would like the item reshipped, you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
P.O. Box Shipping: ZENITH Apparel does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with a P.O. Box as the shipping address may be cancelled or placed on hold until a valid physical address is provided. Please ensure you enter a complete physical street address at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and cannot be returned to us (e.g., lost in transit, destroyed, or abandoned by the carrier), ZENITH Apparel is not responsible for the loss of the package and no refund will be issued. In the event a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipping at your expense. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the package may be restocked and no refund will be issued.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
International Shipping: ZENITH Apparel ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. ZENITH Apparel has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If an international package is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, it may be abandoned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, ZENITH Apparel is not responsible for the loss of the package and no refund will be issued.
By placing an international order, you agree to accept responsibility for all applicable customs fees and duties.
