Damages and issues
We closely inspect our products to ensure we deliver the best experience.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or the intended gift recipient. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or product details, contact us before placing your order.
Exceptions: We will only provide a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information) with photos clearly showing the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders: ZENITH Apparel LLC reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders that appear fraudulent, orders with suspected incorrect or undeliverable addresses, orders that cannot be verified, or orders that violate our store policies. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact ZENITH Apparel LLC directly at zenithapparelstore@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issues in a timely manner. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed and reported as fraudulent transactions. ZENITH Apparel LLC reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate unauthorized chargebacks.
